Di is a very experienced professional, from the moment of first consult till the formal exchange of contract. At time of this review, the contract had just exchanged, however, knowing how Di operates, we are certain she will be with us until the end. Our first contact with Di was in 2016 when we purchased the investment property from her. She kept us updated at every stage, even sent us a bottle of champagne after settlement. That was impressive, that she thanked us, even after the event. No one had done this before, and we have bought and sold with other agents over the years. Her etiquette, professionalism, commitment and knowledge of the housing market are the reasons we turned to her some 9 years later to sell the same property that we bought from her. Being from interstate, Di was a definite asset as an agent. Even when she was away for a few days, she left our sale property in good hands so there was no interruption to the open home process and still kept us up to date whilst she was on holiday overseas. Dorene Field from First National Port Macquarie was my Agent when I sold my unit in Buller street. Dorene obtained a buyer in a very short time. Unfortunately my buyer had a lot going on and we didn’t get an exchange for many weeks. Dorene continued to market the property and in this difficult market she eventually found another buyer. If she had not persevered I honestly think that I would be still be waiting for the original buyer to get his act together and proceed to an exchange.
