We had a wonderful experience and relatively quick sale with Paula, Glen and the team at The Agency, Davistown. Paula was continually proficient, honest and communicative. Paula set out to achieve the best price for us and we were very happy with the result considering the current market we negotiated in, and with it being Christmas/New Year time. Nothing was too difficult. Paula went above board holding inspections on Christmas Eve and straight away after the short break into the New Year. Paula and her team are very well known in Saratoga. They represented the property we ultimately purchased very well, and knew the fluctuating market conditions that helped up achieve a successful purchase. Questions were answered quickly, and nothing was too much trouble. Our purchase was a bit more complicated as the property had been extensively renovated. So some items needed to be followed up prior to exchange. Even our solicitor was surprised how quickly and professionally things were done.
