We found Paula through the recommendation of a relative. Before we made our decision we had 3 agents come to talk to us. Paula was the only agent to advise us about staging the house and was also the only agent to give us the impression that it would be a privilege to market our home of 25 years. Unfortunately we found ourselves in a dying market with interest rates rising and values dropping however Paula and her team worked non-stop to bring people through and sold our home. Paula and her team at The Agency handled the sale of my property with absolute class. Unfortunately, this sale was done so under both financial and emotional hardship, and was the representation that the dream would not come true this time around. First of all, Paula was the only Agent that I spoke with that wished to meet me personally before proceeding with any possible arrangement. The aim was to discover if we were the right fit for each other. In all honestly, just her suggestion of that had already proven she was the woman for the job! Paula handled me, my ex, and our complex and evolving family situation with a level of compassion and authenticity that I will forever be grateful for. I trust her greatly and am thankful that I had the foresight to lean into her advice. Although we didn't get the result we were chasing by any means, I'm still so glad that Paula was our agent, and I can't wait for the opportunity to call her when the time to purchase is upon me.
