I found Dan very approachable & down to earth, his advice from the get go and the months that followed were invaluable in assisting me in preparing my home for market. He walked beside me through each & every process, from decluttering, maintenance, painting to open houses (only took two) to finding the perfect down sizer. Letting go of 13yrs in my family home was a very difficult process and without Dan’s continual support, I may still be stuck with a property too difficult for me to maintain.
