I worked with both Melissa and Josh on the sale of my property in leopold. Even with a few family emergencies they both understood and didn’t push for things to be done yesterday. Between phone calls and text messages both Melissa and Josh were extremely professional and polite. Before house and contracts were officially on the market they organised buyers to take through once I gave the go ahead! The first open for inspection I received a call from Josh tell me the house had sold as a few offers were made, josh sounded more excited then myself. It took Melissa and Josh 1week and 4days to sell my house I’m still shock it happened so quick but they did an amazing job with a smile always on their faces! They congratulate me on sale I congratulate them and fully appreciative of the time and effort they took to getting a result I never thought that house would ever see.
