Impressed with Georjana's service. She accompanied the second handover inspection and did a thorough video video walkthrough pointing out defects that I wouldn't have noticed or thought of had I done it myself. Her responses are always prompt. Happy so far.

Peak cental team made decent efforts to lease the property. Overall, good number of open homes conducted, and agent maintained regular communication. However, despite the efforts it took little bit long to find out a tenant with reasonable profile. I think there is scope of improvement around providing advice in selecting the tenants. Also, new tenants have raised few issues which I would expect to be raised during closure report.

The Peak central team are amazing . Such a pleasant atmosphere and attentive to unforeseen issues in our rental. Maintenance issues were fixed within 2 weeks of moving in, communication with Simone has been a breeze and she has been amazing with keeping us updated.
