Even though Peak performed a house inspection every 3 months (paid by the landlord) they did not enforce the tenant to up keep the property, so it became evident that the house was in really bad state only when the tenants vacate the property. Not only they did not outline most of the issues, but Also I had to inspect the property a few time and highlight the issues. I do not recommend Peak.

The entire team at Peak Central made renting our house out such a pleasant experience. The whole process was streamline and the team were so helpful, nothing has been too much trouble for them. Their responsiveness when trying to contact them has been incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Renting our family home out was always going to come with a bit of apprehension but their professional response to finding the right tenants has made it a positive experience and giving us a feeling of confidence.
