Peak Central Cockburn - I have been involved with them for the last 5 years. They have some serious talent; predominantly in the likes of Michelle, Shanaye and Tash. I am a landlord who likes to keep a handle on things and very proactive with organising my own trades where I see fit. Tash is our property manager and she seems to be a clone of Michelle who are both exceptional with their attention to detail. Tash consistently keeps me in the loop with anything that happens with our rental and always provides as many solutions to any problems as she has come across. Tash and Michelle make this company different to the rest. However, if you are the polar opposite to me and would prefer an agent who is less vigilant/switched on, you can also request Colleen. I was advised of different "styles" of management by Michelle (we formerly were assigned Colleen) and now that we are out the other side, can understand why she has a role - though not suited to us. There is an agent to cater for every type of landlord; but I have to focus on the exceeding abilities of Tash. I am certain she would suit any landlord as she is has the capacity to adapt and perform to whatever level you demand from her. Her communication is impeccable and always appears to have a handle on time. Emails and phone calls to both our tenants and ourselves are always addressed together in a chain. When we respond quickly, Tash promptly responds to the tenant and when they return comms, so too does Tash. She is an asset to Peak Central and hope Peak do the right thing by her pay packet! So long as you have Tash, you will have us using Peak Central. Well done Michelle for employing Tash, you too would be a deal breaker if you left. We have a 10% flat fee, all inclusive which for the level of service we now have, is a bargain. Re-leasing is also included. Shanaye has been in charge of acquiring a new tenant for us recently. In the very little contact we have had with her, she seems of similar vintage to Tash.

I've had 3 different agents from my stay in 26/60 Flourish Loop. This was initially very tough in the beginning as I've highlighted several things/issues that needed to be resolved within my first 3 months of staying. The matter had not been carry forward and resolved then. However, when Tash Williams took over these past few months as my latest agent, she sorted out all my problems without any delay.
