Barely provide any services and have a unreasonable charges. Bad attitude, not listening to your point and keep being "cut off" during conversation. Make sure read your contract carefully as there are a lot of hidden condition might trick you.

Bond inspection doesn’t match to routine inspection, and most of the defects are virtually and hard to be overlooked if proper inspection has been carried out regularly. In charge agent didn’t try to find solutions but with all kind of excuses, and go for holiday now :(
