We purchased a property from Anita with three dwellings, which she informed us of the rental possibilities and that they were previously rented. Low and behold a few months into owning our new property (with two of the three dwellings rented) council informed us the two of the three dwellings were in fact illegal. A fact which I think an agent that deals predominately in the Beaconsfield area would be aware of. I think Anita was dishonest in her dealings with us and would avoid any dealings with this agency. Money should not come first, which it clearly does for Anita.

From the moment we contacted Kristen Turner of Peake Real Estate Berwick we felt really comfortable and confident we had engaged the right agent. We felt her knowledge, communication and marketing skills were excellent After visiting and assessing our property she accompanied the photographer to carry out our photo shoot, ensuring every photo, angle and lighting was perfect Both Kristen and Ryan held our open for inspections, following up every lead and prospective purchaser. At one stage Kristen was quite unwell, but despite that, still insisted on attending. We were kept updated with regular phone calls, emails and weekly meetings to inform us of the progress, plus any suggestions they thought relevant. They went out of their way with numerous out of hours inspections, tweaking our advertisement, and even sending the photographer out once again for a few extra shots (at their own expense). We can’t thank them enough for their advice, assistance and confidence in their ability to sell our home. Not only were they personable and friendly, (and had a sense of humour), but also very honest and efficient. We believe a good agency is only as good as its staff and the entire team was wonderful We would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending Kristen and Ryan to any prospective vendor if you’re looking for excellence and someone who has your best interests at heart.
