The Best Agent
Kristen showed us many houses when we were moving from QLD to Victoria 8 years ago. Although we didn't purchase one of her properties, she has never forgotten who we are. We chose Kristen because of the professionalism and kindness she'd shown us 8 years ago. That approach is the same today as it was then. Her full attention, 110%. We did approach other agents to see what they could do for us, but we went with our gut feeling and have no regrets in doing so.

TOP service, EXCELLENT communication, FULFILLED every promise

One of the better agents in our area
I would have rated the negotiation a lot higher. however there was very little required as the property only had three opens and sold cash unconditional in less than three weeks. Price we got was well above market for this aged property.

Commited and Passionate Agent
When we decided to place our home on the market we were looking for an agent who would represent us in a way which would respect our wishes and expectations through the journey. We had bought and sold through the this agency previously when it was Chris Peake Real Estate so we had an appreciation of an agency that had a good reputation. We did however go through the process of interviewing a number of agents prior to making the decision to run with Peake Real Estate. Kristin got the job as she clearly displayed her dedication to our feelings and requirements. Essentially Kristen and her team's marketing approach was in zync with our opinions regards the style of our home and its strengths. It was a whole team effort and was not driven by arrogance or ego but rather passion, honesty and commitment. The communicatin lines were always open and we can honestly say that the sale of our home was stress free. That's a big statement but one we can confidently make given we have bought and sold a number of homes over the years. If we were to be asked whether we would recommend Kristin and her team we would respond with "of course, absolutely and without a doubt.

Leads by example!
We had spoken to Kristen over the phone a few times when enquiring about a block of land we were interested in and she could not have been any more helpful or giving with her time, even after we decided the block was not for us! It made sense when we met Kirsten in person at an open for inspection and put 2 and 2 together! Kristen and her team at the open for inspection were dead set the best agents we had ever come across during the months and months of opens we attended. Welcoming, helpful, easy to talk to, and gave everyone their time and space to enjoy the inspection. Genuine! This house that Kirsten, Anita and Lachy would show us became our forever home!
