From the first time we had Tash out to value the home she has been very professional and very easy to communicate with. Tash went through the process of selling and the best options for us as sellers. The house sold in 4 days and Tash really fought for the best outcome for us. Unfortunately due to issues outside of our control settlement was delayed for 5 weeks. During this period Tash went above and beyond to remedy the issues with our house and followed up with tradespeople to rectify the issues. Tash kept me up to date during this period with each stage. To whom it may concern, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tash for sale of my property, a 2 bedroom apartment ion the city of perth. This unit has been a difficult unit to sell by various agents over the years and we were looking a very large loss selling at a greatly reduced rate . I recently had the pleasure ot watch Tash sell my inlaws property and was very impressed with her skill of selling real estate and decided this was the lady to sell my apartment.
