Peard Real Estate Victoria Park

We met with three other agents prior to contacting Tash none of whom filled us with confidence. Tash was recommended to us, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Tash is a very good communicator and works tirelessly to get the job done. She was willing to answer any questions we had and her advice was sound. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and was really good at following up and keeping us informed. Tash is very friendly, open and honest. We’re very pleased to have known her and thank her for all her efforts in selling our house. We have no hesitation in recommending her. Thanks Tash!!!!

It was a big decision for us to sell after holding this property for nearly three decades, and we put our trust in Tash. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience, particularly in the Vic Park/EVP precinct, and guided us expertly through the process. Tash helped us prepare the property for sale quickly, effectively and at reasonable cost. We were so pleased with the way the property presented we almost considered changing our mind and keep it. Despite a more challenging market environment, the sale process was quick and achieved a price at the high end of our expectations. Tash is a clear communicator, responsive and gets things done reliably. We would highly recommend Tash as a sales agent based on our positive experience for a smooth and successful outcome.

After buying 2 properties and selling 2 properties with Tash, we have been through a lot with her and find her a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend her. She is very down to earth and understands how stressful the experience can be for both buyers and sellers, catering for all the nerves and being very understanding with us. Her knowledge of the area is second to none and her communication is transparent and trustworthy.
