Tash has been wonderful throughout the sale of of our home. She is very experienced and achieved a great outcome for us. The signage, photoshoot and advertisement were all done as scheduled and the process was very smooth. Tash is lovely to deal with, kind and honest. She works around the clock and is happy to answer all your questions no matter how big or small.

Tash is the local area specialist. It's no wonder she keeps winning all the awards. Tash is so professional, knowledgeable, and caring. To be treated with such a high level of respect and courtesy is a big reason why I have given her 5 stars, and I will highly recommend her to anyone needing a brilliant real estate agent.

My husband and I did a lot of research before we signed up with an agent. The appraisals we received were actually laughable and quite demoralising. We were recommended to Tash from a friend who was extremely happy with her services. When we asked Tash to come and provide an appraisal we found her to be upfront, straight forward and not pushy. She gave us her honest opinion, provided feedback and researched some information for us prior to us even engaging her service. Tash was extremely prompt with her responses, she knew our property and what we required. She was contactable throughout this whole process no matter how many times I asked various questions. She was always in our corner and we couldn't have been more comfortable with anyone else. Tash was the calm that we needed and I would recommend her in a heart beat. Thanks Tash you were amazing.

We recently sold our home (first home open!) with Tash. The whole experience was truly wonderful. Tash is an extremely capable professional; knowledgable, experienced and exceptional at her job. Tash went above and beyond from the start; accommodating our requests/ queries and exceeding our expectations with the price she achieved for our home. We felt completely at ease selling our beloved home in Tash’s capable hands. We found Tash to be extremely prompt in her correspondence, and she made the whole process of selling a home seamless. We both would highly recommend Tash and she would be the first person we would call to sell our properties in the future. Tash, you’re a true professional and thank you for all of your hard work, time and efforts. We would’ve been lost without you.

We had a great experience with Tash Welburn for the sale of our house. Tash was friendly and approachale at the beginning, with none of the dramatic, over-rehearsed pitches that we'd heard from others. Tash knew her business, listened to our personal circumstances that we had to work around, and then outlined how what she thought should be the game plan. From then, everything went very smoothly. Everything was well organised. Only a few emails back and forth were needed. Our house sold quickly and for a price we were very happy with. I'd call her again whenever I next needed an agent. #1 In Vic Park
