My husband and I did a lot of research before we signed up with an agent. The appraisals we received were actually laughable and quite demoralising. We were recommended to Tash from a friend who was extremely happy with her services. When we asked Tash to come and provide an appraisal we found her to be upfront, straight forward and not pushy. She gave us her honest opinion, provided feedback and researched some information for us prior to us even engaging her service. Tash was extremely prompt with her responses, she knew our property and what we required. She was contactable throughout this whole process no matter how many times I asked various questions.
