Steve has an excellent understanding of the local market and was able to offer valuable insights when working out pricing and strategy to get the best results. He went above and beyond in regards to services provided and always made himself available regardless of the day of the week or time of night. Steve and his team did a tremendous job presenting the property through multiple mediums/platforms. Through this we were able to achieve a great result. With excellent communication throughout the sale process Steve was able to take out a lot of stress. Something that really highlighted Steves 100% commitment to us was; giving me his time to answer questions, going out of his way to find answers and share his knowledge regarding the new property we were purchasing even tho he wasnt involved in that sale. Steve was extremely helpful when we purchased our first home in 2015. 10 years later we reached out to him again for the sale of our property because we had such a good experience with him the first time.
