Nothing was any trouble going out of his way. Selling our investment property in one week & over the asking price. As we live on the Gold Coast Robert kept us updated on everything. We had our block listed with another agent, we struggled to get phone calls returned & our questions answered we felt pressured into dropping our price twice in the short amount of time they had it listed. We were left with very expensive marketing fees & felt it was a waste of time & money. We decided to change agents & decided to go with Robert Miller & in that time Rob got our block sold within asking price & always took our phone calls nothing was ever an issue & not once did Rob suggest dropping our price. Our only regret is not listing our block with Rob in the first place. Thanks again Rob

Regrettably this sale fell through last minute at no fault to Robert or myself, however Robert and his team reacted promptly to find a new buyer within 3-weeks. This deal was successful, again at the asking price, and the land sale was completed in 3-months. Would recommend
