We had intended to interview several local real estate agents before deciding who to give the listing to and after David’s presentation and his obvious vast knowledge base of the Mosman area, and sales strategy, it was apparent that we did not need to interview any others as David was obviously the perfect agent for the project of selling our home. Titan was uber-flexible yesterday with our purchase. Of course, as a buyer, my review is going to be different from the seller's review, but I think the seller should be happy with Titans's efforts. It was nice to get really quick feedback from Titan, whereas with other agents (David Murphy for example), they didn't even call us back when we've wanted to arrange inspections. Titan also went to the effort of trying to line up back to back properties in our $ range in Mosman under the Belle remit. One downside I should say is that the photos of the house online were a bit underwhelming, I think if they'd been better taken, the seller may have garnered more interest and got a better price, but that was a win for my partner and I, so not the worst downside! Marking 8/10 rather than 9, as we recently sold a house with another agent (in Perth), and they were another level of excellent, but of course, Perth is a much more difficult market.
