Naturally an Agent is working to get the Vendor the best price but I felt in this instance that the buyers interests were also of importance. David was knowledgable, communicative and very reasonable. David ended up as the agent on my property after I fell out with the previous agent in the middle of the marketing campaign. David, who had been doing all the work anyway, smoothed my ruffled feathers and calmed my nerves and then went on to rescue the campaign and negotiate a very fair price and an extremely quick settlement. He was always available, frank and a pleasure to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend him to any seller.

I have worked with David Smeallie and Belle Property in the past and I had no doubt that I wanted to work with him again in the sale of another apartment in Mosman. David again exceeded any of my expectations David and his personal assistant Eliza were patient, highly knowledgeable and extremely professional in every aspect of the process. I was not living in Sydney during the sale of this property and I was completely dependent on both of them to organize the presentation of the property and open house inspections. They carried this out with great competence and provided an excellent service. All of this expertise resulted in a quick and very successful sale price.
