Expectations were beyond exceeded

I have worked for Michelle for over 8 years and always admired her as an agent but it wasn't until she sold my own investment property that I was blown away by just what lengths she goes to to achieve amazing sales results. We listed our townhouse with Michelle and she immediately gave us some suggestions on doing some minor works to the property to enhance the appearance. Small things like high pressure cleaning, a little bit of external painting and some garden mulch lifted the appearance greatly at a minimal cost. Michelle met a painter and gardener at 7.30am one morning to ensure they knew exactly what was required. The property hit the market on a Thursday and we received a full price offer at the first open house a couple of days later. Contracts were then exchanged within 5 days.
