Excellent promotional strategy

Michelle and her team presented our home to the market using multiple media including video footage, photographs and a virtual tour as well as physical inspections. They were at all times respectful of our needs both as vendors of a property and as people selling their home. The timing of the sale at the point where the market was cooling off was challenging, but the property sold within the hoped for price range. Percival Real Estate did a wonderful job!
