The time frame & result were incredibly important to us.

We would like to thank Michelle Percival and the entire Percival Property team for their ideas, effort, assistance and their professionalism throughout our selling journey. We were faced quite quickly with the difficult decision of placing a family member into permanent care. With care comes huge financial challenges and time is of the essence regarding the result. The property required the complete removal of all furniture and other goods. Painting throughout and all floor coverings replaced, the organising of many maintenance issues and a deep thorough clean. Michelle and her team organised all of the above and what a fantastic job they did while we had our hands full with other pressing matters.
