Hervey Bay house sale
I found dealing with Tony very easy and his knowledge of the area and the industry helped sell my property in quick time allowing me to purchase the property I wanted to buy before it went to another buyer . I would recommend Tony to anyone selling a house in the Hervey Bay area especially the Point Vernon area which he knows very well

When we made the decision to sell our home we were keen for Tony Stephens to take control . We had faith in him from the beginning and he certainly delivered . My husband and I have been pleased with his honesty, communication skills and advice through out the entire process of selling our home . Tonys professional and no nonsense approach was particularly appreciated . Right from the beginning he explained the sales/marketing process thoroughly and did not try to obtain our business by giving us any unreal expectations of what our property was worth in the current market. Also Tony truly goes beyond the general duties of a real estate agent with thorough follow ups , even when the property was handed over !!!

We are sold on Tony Stephens as the Real Estate Agent to sell your home in the Hervey Bay area. Tony has sold two properties for us. He is professional, honest and as we were living in Brisbane when we put the second house on the market it was very important to have an Agent we trusted to monitor our home and its sale in our absence.
