Our Agent Julie Jennings from Personalised Realty., was extremely professional, her knowledge and communication with us was of first class as we live in Adelaide, South Australia, we needed an agent that we had to give full and complete trust, she kept us up to date at all times. Julie recommended that we have the house painted through out and up grade the carpets, clean up the garden, which was very good advice as we sold it in two weeks, unfortunately the client couldn't get the funds, but the trust we had in Julie came through and resold the house two weeks later and got $45,000 more than we were hoping for VERY, VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS. We were pressured by another agent even though we had signed with Julie, we were told by the other agent in the area of our property that we could get out of that contract, we knew that if we did that we would be liable for double commission so anyone else out there be aware of this unethical display of treatment from other agents. They also said that they could get $20,000 more than what our agent could get which Julie proved them wrong, we highly recommend Julie Jennings as an Agent to sell your property.
