We engaged Rob to sell our City Beach property after a few appraisals with different agents. First impressions was that he was honest and would work hard to sell our property! We were not disappointed, Rob worked tirelessly until he sold our property late on New Years Eve! Rob responds to any queries we had within the hour, usually within minutes! Many agents takes days to respond! He kept us updated with any enquiries received with feedback immediately after viewings. Home opens sometimes 3 x per week. We have also bought a block of Land through Rob and he also helped enormously with his professional knowledge and advice in finding our next project. We cannot recommend Rob highly enough and would engage him to sell our property.

Easy to contact, Rob gave good advice how to go about selling both our vacant block and also our home (both in Scarborough).
