Prash: Positive, People focussed and Polite

Sales Superstar!! When you want it sold, do it right the first time!!
This was our second sales experience using Julie as our agent and there was no hesitation in asking her to appraise the property, we wanted a quick smooth transaction process and minimal time on the market. From the minute Julie walks in to do the appraisal you'll know she's straight down the line and no mucking about!! In a flat market with multiple stagnant properties left floundering in our area, we knew that timing would be key and we needed an agent that could deliver. In just two weeks our home opens were pumping with potential buyers and multiple offers were written, we were happy with our final offer and the negotiation process was clear and transparent! Highly recommend this power seller to anyone!!

Disappointed
I don't believe both real estate agents - Larry and Julie had the sellers interests at the forefront and were purely interested in getting a sale and hence their commission. Given their initial evaluation estimate was $100,000 over the sale price. I will not be recommending them as agents nor Harcourts overall to anyone.

Julie is so full of energy and vigor that was infectious on me as vendor and on the purchasers managing to sell my house the first weekend it was open. Wonderfull agent!
Larry, and Julie, are excellent agents, especially seeing as we were not very knowledgeable about the Real Estate market. They were so friendly and warm but still spoke to us honestly about everything. They knew so much about marketing and negotiating and worked very hard to sell our place, which we did then they helped us all hours of the day and night with negotiating and securing our new home. Couldn't have been happier with our choice of agents and the total outcome! Recommend Julie and Larry for all!
