During the twenty six day period that my apartment was for sale, while the process at times appeared complex and trying at times, Peter was extremely supportive, an impartial expert who was always trying to achieve a great outcome for the many stakeholders involved. He was proactively calling potential buyers, communicating well with third party service providers and constantly qualifying potential new leads. What at the times appeared insignificant, Peter who’s been in the business for years would recognise the importance to the prospective buyer was patient, resilient and determined to achieve a good outcome by keeping both the prospective buyers and me in the loop about the current buying and or selling situation. I purchased an apartment of the plan through Peter so had a lot of Dealings over nearly a 2 year period. Peter has been excellent all the way through and more helpful than your normal agency.
