I’m really glad Gillian was the agent who sold me my first home. She was trustworthy, communicative, kind, and helpful. Gillian understood that I was nervous and unsure, and like to have a lot of information to help me understand the process and make decisions, and she adapted her style to suit me. She also made sure everything was done properly - for example, a friend of mine who works in property management warned me that the selling agent might try to skip the pre-settlement inspection, but Gillian had already scheduled this with me, there was no suggestion it might be skipped!
