She also made sure everything was done properly - for example, a friend of mine who works in property management warned me that the selling agent might try to skip the pre-settlement inspection, but Gillian had already scheduled this with me, there was no suggestion it might be skipped! She was also very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process, and very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. I also appreciated that she engaged with my mum and dad, who were helping me, but never deferred to them - she knew it was my decision to make. I’m happily writing this review from my new home - it’s all very exciting, and I’m grateful to Gillian for helping me get here!!!
