I have bought and sold property but never at auction. Gillian set out to educate me by attending auctions with me as well as having me attend suitable auctions in my area in order to understand the process. Gillian’s vast experience in Real Estate gave me great advice in how to prepare a house for show, Gillian can work in long and short timelines for house sales, Gillian, always kept me updated on the current market situations, interest in my house from other websites as well as giving regular feed back verbally and written on her many viewers comments of the house. Gillian was very attentive to all prospective buyers going out of her way to meet their many requests for information. Gillian has been the best agent I have had in property dealings and I have no hesitation in recommending Gillian to sell your property.

We engaged Gillian again to sell our property in Phillip and it was a pain free experience. We decided to go to auction and achieved a good, quick result, with Gilian guiding us every step of the way. Gillian did also go the extra mile for us by arranging property staging and periodically clearing our mailbox. Communication throughout the process was also quite transparent, with Gillian being forthcoming with updates after every open home, gauging prospective buyers accurately, and remained proactive throughout the selling process.

We were very impressed with Christine and the service provided in selling our home, especially since we were managing the sale from a distance. Christine made the entire process very smooth and stress-free (as far as selling a home can be), handling everything with professionalism and care. From the start when we were comparing agents, we were very impressed with the format of the appraisal that included detailed steps and timeframes which gave us confidence in a process that we (as sellers) rarely do. Despite not being in town, we felt fully informed thanks to Christine’s excellent communication. Christine kept us updated every step of the way, coordinating showings, inspections, and paperwork seamlessly on our behalf. The attention to detail and strategic marketing led to a quick sale at a price that met our expectations. We felt confident knowing our home was in good hands with Christine, and we couldn’t have asked for better representation. We highly recommend Christine to anyone looking to sell, whether near or far!

Gillian is an agent who approaches the task of selling a property with diligence, care, integrity and above all honesty. She represents the interests of buyer and seller in equal measure, is extremely knowledgeable and judicious in her approach to marketing and selling a property. As such, she is highly professional and honest, a rare combination. In our experience Gillian marketed our home with professional vigour and attention to detail. This included regular feedback on all aspects of the marketing campaign. An agent we highly recommend and one we would not hesitate to engage again.

Not a pleasant experience to say the least. I have bought and sold a number of properties, never have I experienced anything like my sale with Luke Revet. If you are after an agent that has your best interests at heart, then look elsewhere.
