Excellent care

I would like to thanks Roberts team especially Chris Tynan for her assistance and care when we were viewing a home to purchase. Great Agent

We commissioned Rick to put my mother's house on the market. After discussing and agreeing on marketing and realistic price range for the sale all went smoothly. An acceptable offer was obtained in a very short period of time, and though an extended settlement was sought and agreed, settlement actually occurred in less than 30 days, so we were extremely happy. Couldn’t fault him

We chose Robert to sell our property after an excellent experience dealing with him when we bought. He was brilliant to deal with, extremely responsive to our needs and really respected our time - never taking longer than he needed to to convey information. With very reasonable fees, the whole process was made much easier for us, and Robert secured exactly the outcome we had sought at auction. He always updated us after open houses and was available when we had additional questions. Couldn’t fault the experience.

Professional and courteous

Fantastic Result

We were very happy with Rob's service. He was very knowledgeable about the current market and gave us accurate advise. Rebecca (Interior designer) was fantastic and it was great that this service was included in the package. We were really happy with the communication during negotiation and pleasantly surprised with the selling price.
