Thorough and persistent

Great Agent
We haven’t sold a home in many years, so it was great having such a great agent to rely on and Rick went above and beyond in helping us understand the process and worked with us to get the house ready for sale. Rick got us the first good offer after the first open which was great, and in the end we didn’t have to go through weeks of opens. I recommend Rick highly to any potential sellers or buyers. I know he helped our buyers who hadn’t purchased before with all the information they needed to secure the property. So all round we have happy sellers and buyer. I didn’t know Rick at first, picked him on his picture from their website, and very glad we made the right choice, he turned up when he said he would and was always on hand to take a call, and what I liked best he was honest and not at all pushy.
