Not feeling valued customer.
I was not dealing with Robert but someone else from the same agent. House handed over poorly. Garden Was messy, garage was dusty, bins were dirty, smelly. There are still metals and wood under the deck. No documents , no notes about the aircon operation. One of our relatives also bought the house through this agent and was okay.

I would recommend Rick to anyone who is intending to sell or buy a property. He puts the clients first trying to get the best deal he can, his fees are reasonable and he doesn’t rush a deal through to get his commission. He is a very nice down to earth person and a stress less experience.

Exceptional results from an exceptional team!
Robert's knowledge of the market and his obvious skills in auctioneering were simply amazing! Robert and his team gave us advice on house presentation which really hit a chord with the huge number of groups we had at each viewing. We had great feedback and communication along the way, which we consider to be very important. We discussed the reserve value for the auction and Robert's skill on the day smashed this figure and he achieved far in excess of our top expectation. We couldn't be happier with Peter Blackshaw's Tuggeranong and the professional manner in which they conduct themselves.

Hard working and honest

A successful sale in challenging times.
