However afterwards I found his communication skills to be poor, he would not answer or return calls, he also seemed to be very disorganised. Robert knows his sales area on the South side of Canberra very well. He was on the ball with past sales in the area, house stock in play at the time we were selling and actively collecting sales data on homes as they went to auction. The five weeks of open house inspections went very smoothly and Robert and his team diligently followed up all genuine, interested parties.
