Robert and Chris are a great team, helping me feel fully supported and well-informed throughout the selling process. This helped me make the best decisions from everything from preparing my property for sale and pricing to ultimately deciding when to accept an offer. They followed up every lead and gave me regular (weekly) updates. When potential buyers asked about cost and other issues with updating one area of the house, they used their contacts to get quotes and other information that fully addressed any questions. The advice i received throughout was honest, direct and useful, for example, they advised against doing some things for my property since they didn’t feel it would give me an adequate return for the expense. During the sale process, i also had to deal with some stressful health and family issues and they were really understanding, working around my limited availability - Chris was even kind enough to drop mail off for me. Their hard work and professionalism resulted in a good outcome for me. Even the people who ended up with the house are a perfect match who i think will love living there (which can’t be guaranteed, i know, but it’s a real bonus!)
