In what was far less than a conventional sale with numerous complicactions and set backs along the way I was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise in dealing with any issue that arose. I've dealt with numerous real estate agents over the last 35 years, some better than others, but none came close to the approachable, understanding and dedicated service I got at Peter Dunn Real Estate. They kept me informed of any developments, even seemingly minor ones, and at times even acted more like dedicated social workers! Lorna, has been a pleasure to work with in selling our home. From the first approach being enthusiastic and full of information on the current market. Although pricing our home was a bit more than the current market wanted to pay but our home is not the ordinary house block home either. As with acreage and being a Masterbuilt home it was to attract a specific market buyer. Took a little longer than expected but it did sell eventually.
