With the sale of the house Lorna listened to the reason the house was being sold, took this into account when giving advice to us regarding the sale. Judging by the feedback we received in relation to individual potential buyers I can only assume that she did the same when discussing the property with them. I think it is key to listen closely to both sellers and buyers so not to fall into the trap of telling either party what they need or should do, but ask them what they want and what they would like, I think Lorna has mastered this art. Lorna's advice at various stages throughout the process was clear and concise with options and pro's and con's for each option, the final decision was always ours, however it was made with collaborative consultation based on Lorna's experience and our needs. The number of potential buyers was extensive and at times was hard to keep up with and this is reflective of the numbers of potential buyers she has access to. In the end it was a good result for everyone and at all times we were comfortable with the fact Lorna was working for a good outcome for us and not just a sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lorna if you are selling a house
