I found Peter very knowledgeable about the market and offered good advice.
As I was away from NSW Peter was particularly helpful. The process of organizing the photos etc. in preparing the property was very helpful. He also gave me a realistic impression of what would be expected and when an offer was made 10 days prior to the auction gave me good advice about the offer and I ended up with significantly more at the auction. The overall experience went very well.

Peter Dwyer, Danny Tink and all the team at Peter Milling and Co were excellent. They were professional and helped guide me through all the steps in the process from listing the property up until completion. The advertising video turned out beautifully. They had expert knowledge on what was happening in the area in the current market. We always felt we could trust what they said and did. They set realistic expectations and we were pleased on auction day when our expectations were exceeded. I would highly recommend Peter and Danny and I thank them both for all they have done to sell the rural property.
