It was an easy choice for us to ask Craig to act for us in selling our house. I had known Craig since school and he had been wonderful in selling our daughter’s house some years ago. From the first phone conversation until settlement, his professional approach, advice, support, friendliness and feedback on how things were progressing could not be faulted in our opinion. We first met Jess when the house was first inspected by herself and Craig. We instantly liked her, and became aware very quickly that she possessed the same attributes of Craig. As a team they complement each other perfectly, and their presentation was always of the highest order. They work well in tandem and strengthen each other’s traits. All contact with us was done with sincerity, great demeanour and courtesy. We were aware that our property would only be available or appeal to a small section of the marketplace. To have sold it in a relatively quick time frame at a time when rumours of increasing interest rates and living costs were imminent is, we are certain, due a lot to the work of Craig and Jess.
