I first spoke with Bryce 9 months ago when I was looking to purchase a home. During that meeting I also mentioned I was looking at selling my property down the track, but was unable to confirm when that would be (due to ongoing issues after a house fire). Bryce remained in regular contact over this period, it seemed irrelevant to him whether I would eventually entrust him with the sale of my unique property and he continued to offer his time and market knowledge freely. When the time eventually came for me to put my property on the market, Bryce was the obvious choice. All dealings with him had been prompt and professional and his perseverance was also impressive.
