After a disappointing experience with another agent early last year … Harry and his team were a “Breath of Fresh Air” … Harry kept our expectations realistic but when our contract was signed within 48 hours of going on the market the offer exceeded anything we had hoped for…. We would not hesitate to recommend Team Coomer

Harry and his team were incredible to work with and found us the property we had been searching for over the last year. Harry's ease of communication, efficiency and positive attitude were second to none. We will be definitely using Harry and Team Coomer again whether we are looking to buy again or selling in the future. Thanks again Harry!

Nick has been a pleasure to deal as a purchaser. He is a fantastic communicator - making sure we were kept up to date with proceedings and handled our requests quickly and with great professionalism. Even showing up late at night to make sure the deal got done! He is clearly an agent that will go above and beyond for his vendor.

Nick breaks the stereotype sometimes associated with 'The Agent'. I'll simply highlight his strengths, which were all critical in the outcome we reached... that is, selling our beautiful home is allowing us to start a new and exciting journey. 1. Tenacity 2. Availability. 3. Listening 4. Polite and personable 5. Wonderful team around him 6. Helpful insights. 7. Composure, which under pressure cannot be swapped for anything. Give Nick a call, you won't be disappointed.

Bryce is an excellent agent. He was knowledgeable, honest and very responsible for our case. We have been in Victoria and he helped organise and gave very helpful advice on every detail of our house. Highly recommended and we will use his services again without a doubt.

We were both very happy with Harry and his team's work in selling our home. All aspects from our initial meeting, guiding us through the marketing process and preparation for sale were well structured and communicated. The communication during the sale process was very well managed and we found Harry to be an excellent agent.
