Harry helped sell my property - I was stuck in NSW and unable to return to Hobart. Harry took care of every step, created an outstanding marketing campaign and we had the winning offer day 1 of the listing! I couldn't rate Harry any more highly; such a professional and understands the market dynamics, the needs of the seller and he creates a real enthusiasm with the buyers.

Harry and his team provided us with excellent advice and guidance so we achieved the best possible price for each unit. He took the stress and worry of selling away. For example he did a fantastic job of marketing the units on real estate sites on the internet. He was very good at communicating with us and kept us informed throughout the process. He was also prompt and efficient with the contracts and other necessary paperwork using online user friendly resources. This was very helpful as we lived interstate.

I could not have been happier than I was with Craig's efforts on my behalf. He was thoughtful, helpful and his advice was, generally speaking, spot on. (The "generally speaking" is only included because the market at the moment is so buoyant that it's hard to know what's happening from one moment to the next.) If I were ever to be trying to sell again, I would automatically see if Craig were available to act as my agent.

Nick really is an exceptional real estate agent who is highly personable and absolutely went the extra mile for us. Nick’s agent rates were competitive and the marketing services were just top notch. We found a lot of value in the extras Nick’s agency offered (included in the marketing price), such as an interior design consultant. Selling our house was an absolute dream and we considered ourselves extremely lucky to be guided by Nick. If we were to sell a house again we would absolutely use Nick.

Jess was extremely easy to deal with when we recently purchased an investment property. We have dealt with some prickly and downright dishonest agents in the past but this was one of our easiest transactions. Thanks Jess.

Harry and Bryce made what could have been a stressful experience enjoyable and calm. Every step of the selling process was efficient and smooth. They were kind, considerate, and in-tune with us every step of the way. We can't imagine a more positive experience for our first house sale. Thank you to everyone at Peterswald for property - especially Annika whose caring professionalism we truly appreciated.

Kim was a pleasure to deal with when we recently purchased our new home. Great on local knowledge and communication, he also brought a very personal touch to the service he provided. Having brought from Kim, we wouldn't hesitate to sell through him in future.

We found Bryce to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Bryce went above and beyond for us while selling our home. Selling our home could have been a stressful time for us, but having Bryce in our corner, meant that it wasn't. I would highly recommend using Bryce and the Peterswald team.

Harry provided an experience that was above and beyond our expectations. From the first meeting, Harry was professional, well prepared and had great knowledge of the area. Harry and the team were available whenever we needed them and always accomodating to our needs. Selling or home within 5 days and well above the asking price we couldn’t be happier with the result Harry was able to achieve! The sale process really was made easy and we highly recommend Harry to anyone looking to buy or sell!
