I had a very complex sale...too complex to go into. Jess did a fabulous job keeping me in touch either by frequent emails or phone calls. I had one contract which had complex conditions, although in this climate I was still very grateful for. Then at the last minute before having to extend the prior contract, Jess secured a cash offer, great deposit and minimal settlement date. From the start it was clear Harry and his team knew what they were doing. They approached the sale with plenty of local market information and never got our hopes up about unrealistic figures. We were extremely comfortable to proceed with Harry as our agent after the first meeting and didn't look elsewhere. Once chosen, they kept contact to make sure we knew how to present the home properly and the best way for it to be marketed. It was a very quick and seamless sale with it only on the market for 48 hours before we made a very happy decision to sell on the best offer that we received. I could not have been more happier with the process and result. Jess was very professional from the outset. She advised on why we should list at a certain price, made it easy for me to understand the strategy and it went to plan - the property listed on Thursday and it was sold by Saturday afternoon (for a great price). I was also very happy with how the place presented, which was all down to Jess pointing me in the right direction for a stylist to stage the property. Jess coordinated all that for me. In the lead up to having the property staged and throughout the short period of time it went on the market, I was never left wondering "how is it all going?" - Jess was great with her communication over text, email and phone calls, which is what I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jess for anyone looking to sell their property.
