Kim provided the best real estate agent experience I have encountered (and I've bought and sold a few in my time). He was realistic with his assessment of the property and the market, committed to sitting it out to get the right buyer and price, and communicated consistently and appropriately throughout the process. As I live in another state with a different time zone and have limited availability when at work, Kim called regularly with updates, but not unnecessarily. I always felt confident that he understood my requirements and was working to that brief. The final outcome is a sale that I'm very happy with and the timing could not have been better. It was the all round feel good experience.

With my first meeting with Harry, I knew I a highly skilled professional working for me. Communication was exceptional and offered helping hands through the stress of presenting my property. Harry’s knowledge of reading buyers was excellent and was presented with 5 offers in the first week. In fact the property sold in a week. I would have liked more for the property, but realistically I had only owned the house for 3 years and I believe the price I got was a great result. A number of years ago I chose and dealt with Kim and his agency to buy my current property. The time had come again to sell and downsize. Kim and his agency came immediately to mind. An indication of their professionalism was that I found he was then overseas on vacation, but after speaking with his office, I was absolutely surprised to receive a call back from him overseas within 24 hrs. Within the next few days, Kim was back from his trip and at my home dealing with a necessarily hasty marketing promotion and preparation for move ( I had to take up an option for another property ). On the open day, within the week, Kim had received 3 very good offers and no doubt were due to his charm and professionalism to negotiate a fair price. Subsequently, Kim has been in constant, almost daily, touch to ensure both myself and the buyer were kept informed and updated. Apart from being an astute businessman he makes one feel as being part of a personal family. There is every reason to recognise Peterswalds as the Number One agency in Hobart, but more specifically one can hardly go past Kim Morgan for his professionalism, good nature and positive dealings.
