Harry knows the property market in southern Tasmania very well. We engaged Harry through Charlotte Peterswald for Property's Sandy Bay office to sell our property in the Huon Valley. When we spoke with Harry about selling our property he demonstrated his commitment to the task, and gave us confidence that the selling our property would be in good hands. Harry was able to present the property really well; he engaged the interest of prospective purchasers and negotiated a sale that we were very happy with. I would recommence Harry Coomer.

We contacted Harry after we received his brochure in our letterbox. We found him to be extremely interested in our situation and he was only too willing to give us a market appraisal. We were so impressed with Harry's professionalism, his eagerness to assist us to achieve our asking price and a long settlement to meet our needs, that we immediately decided to place our home for sale with him. As we were in the midst of the coronavirus we were naturally anxious about having people in our home but Harry took every possible precaution and ensured everyone who entered our home took those precautions also. He worked extremely hard to find a purchaser and left no stone unturned to achieve an excellent result for us. We found Harry to be an approachable, enthusiastic and happy person who was always welcome in our home whenever the need arose.

I “ interviewed” six agents of which Harry was the last. He was the standout to both my son and me. He was professional, quietly confident in his own ability to do a good job. He was articulate, not boastful, but more importantly very realistic in his approach to the sale and his knowledge of the market. He was the only one brave enough to mention a plan B. I would recommend him highly. We had a contract of sale within a week.
