Margaret and I would like to thank you for your help and your colleague's help in selling the Spiegel house. I think it would have been hard to find another real estate agent with the depth of knowledge relating to the area that you brought to the task and I don't think that we would have received the personalised, friendly and professional care which we did from anyone else. Your recommendations for preparing the house for sale were spot on and quite clearly reflected your experience in the business. Thanks for helping us get a fair price for what is a unique property. I will quite happily recommend Peterswalds to anyone who is looking to sell a property in the future.

Having dealt with numerous agents it was immediately evident Harry is next level, he’s very driven, strategic and motivated to get the best results whilst providing the very best customer experience. He’s refined the whole process, It all starts with the presentation and marketing, the communication, negotiation and shortly afterwards the result! I’d have no hesitation recommending Harry for anyone thinking of selling, I always knew he was the best and then it was confirmed when he was awarded Hobart's best agent just a few weeks ago.

We placed the sale of our home in Hary's capable hands after observing his professionalism with the sale of a friends house in our local area. Our trust was well placed with Harry and his skilful team, resulting in an outstanding result above our expectations. Harry, Bryce and the energetic, engaging team are a force to recon with, our thanks to all of them.

When we wished to sell our home we chose Kim Morgan as our agent. We are so glad we made this decision because he was most professional in all his communications, arrangements and advice given. Kim also was sensitive to our requirements and our situation which made the whole experience as pleasant as selling your home can be. He worked hard to aid the sale of our home, pursuing every avenue available to him to bring about the required result, which happily occurred very recently. We can highly recommend Kim to handle any property you may wish to sell.

Harry was great I can’t fault his work ethic, I could message him anytime any day and I had a reply within 2 minutes. Damien was also organised to help me style the house before photos. Harry had a plan from the start and stuck to it till the sale date. We set a target price and he achieved more than I expected. The use of technology and social media was a real winner for me.

Would have liked a bit more communication during the final signing of the contract.

Harry was enthusiastic right from the first meeting. He explained the procedure and steps in selling my house very precise and clear. He told me his opinion and goal to the selling of my home. He was always helpful, and answered all my questions whether they silly or not. The whole team were very professional and easy to work with. We achieved our goal of selling in 6 days. You couldn't ask for better than that. Would highly recommend Harry to any of my friends or family or anyone I know who is planning on selling their home.
