It was a rocky road. I found the house I wanted too early. I had to sell a couple of other places before I could buy a place to live in with my grandson and his family, and one of the sales was proving more difficult than anticipated. Yet, I wanted this purchase so badly. I had fallen in love with the house, believing it to be the right design and layout to suit my purposes. My daughter had inspected and loved the house. I loved what the sellers had done in their refurbishments. Harry was with me all the way, encouraging me and keeping me up to date with progress. It was a difficult time waiting for it all to happen. Bryce and Harry kept in touch with me, encouraged me and kept me on track. At last! The happy day arrived where I could be sure of the purchase and we all celebrated. Bryce has a clear and courteous approach with a underlying trustworthy nature. He was patient and responsive and took time to deal with our concerns on our terms. We were very impressed with George's attitude towards selling our home.. He was very confident with his appraisal but due to the popular locale of the property he conferred with other agents who also agreed with his price. This gave us confidence that our property would sell easily and was not overpriced. The property was listed on the Internet on Wednesday and the first Open Home was held the following day. Another was held on the Saturday and by Tuesday afternoon George had 4 offers for us to consider. He appeared to work non stop from the Thursday Open Home until Monday evening liaising with would be purchasers and assisting them with their offers. At all times he kept us in the loop.
