Eunice was always professional, thoughtful and available. Nothing was too much trouble. She worked very conscientiously to sell my property and achieve a good price. Eunice obviously knew the market well and kept me informed of all potential purchasers and offers. She also helped me to buy my new apartment, and once again, at an excellent price. I am most happy to recommend Eunice to those buying or selling a property. Thank you Eunice.

Harry has had contact with the writer over many years in regards to the above property. When I did decide to sell Harry was available to discuss any issues I had, offered his advise on the local property market and as such once on the market the property sold quickly. Although there were minor hiccups with sale Harry was able to assist and deal with the issues. I would/ will ask Harry to appraise and sell my present property should I decide to move.

From my (buyers) perspective the property sold itself. It was well presented with a price that seemed right, with no ‘games’ around the initial offer. Jess was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful around handover, including planning for some minor renovation planning. Overall we had a smooth transition into a new home, which was very welcome!

We sold our house in 3 days. I didn’t expect that at all!! Kim knows houses in Hobart! He is courteous, supportive and clear in his communication, and I so appreciated his expertise.

Our experience with Bryce was very positive. He was supportive of our goals but also honest and realistic at the same time. Bryce was always professional and we could rely on him at all times throughout the sale of our property. His communication was exceptional and we believe we would not have been able to sell our home as quickly and for the price we received if we didn't have him representing us.

When choosing to list our property, George’s approachable manner immediately set him apart from other agents. His extensive experience ensures his appraisals accurately reflect the market. Throughout the process of listing and selling our property, George was consistently available and adaptable to any change. George is not focussed on moving from one listing to another; instead, taking care to match the purchaser to the vendor. He considers each expression of interest from purchasers seriously, taking time to hold genuine conversations and answer all questions with attention to detail. Consequently, we received an outstanding unexpected offer from an ideal buyer. George was ready to assist with any practical matters to achieve a smooth settlement. He was patient yet persistent and, most importantly, at all times caring and understanding. Thank-you George for your commitment to achieving such a great outcome.

Harry was the best choice to sell our home. From the start to the finish we could not fault our dealings with Harry. He is exceptional at what he does. He was always available to us when ever we needed him. We found that we didn't have any questions that required answering as he had always covered off on everything. He really looked out for our best interests and all involved in selling our home were so professional and helpful. We really can't thank Harry and his team enough. Such a hassle free easy experience. Highly recommend Harry and his team.

Working with Kim Morgan on the sale of my parents family home of 54 years, was as stress free as such matters can be. The effort that Kim put into preparing a proposal in 'plain english', so that my parents (both in their 80's) could comprehend the processes to follow, was admirable. The manner in which the property was presented to the market was both professional and thorough, and the result was a sale and settlement in the timeframes anticipated. Having a happy vendor and an equally happy purchaser is testament to the efforts of Kim and his support team. I am happy to recommend Kim Morgan and his team to anyone looking for a quality experience in the sale or purchase of property. Thanks Kim.... kind regards, Bob Gregg - Brisbane, QLD.

We buy and sell a lot of houses. This was our first time using Harry and it certainly won't be our last. He has given us nothing but 5 star service from start to finish and a great result was achieved in an extremely short time. It didn't even make it to it's first open home. Many thanks Harry and Bryce for your professionalism. You are a dynamic duo and really show how it's meant to be done.
