Harry and Bryce are a well oiled team, making the entire process of selling hassle free. As a tenanted property, they communicated well with all parties and we were able to leave everything to them. We have been very happy with the outcome and highly recommend them.

As interstate buyers we needed someone who would go that extra step to help us to find a home. Eunice certainly did this for us and managed to find us a beautiful house in the right area, at the right price. Thankyou.

I've dealt with a lot of agents over the years and Harry brings a youthful breathe of fresh air and professionalism to the real estate industry and is the best I've dealt with. His honest, educated and straight forward approach combined with excellent communication skills delivers fantastic results in a very timely manner and I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to sell their property who wants the very best service.

I found Nick to be a very nice person and helpful from the start. Comes across as laid back which is a pleasant change from some who are a tad aggressive. I certainly would recommend him to anyone who was looking for an agent.

Picking up your roots and shifting them is not something I do often in a lifetime. It was time, I was ready and Kim was there. I was presented with a well-priced and extensive marketing package and Kim gave us the confidence to proceed with Charlotte Peterswald for Property. Kim enabled me to have input with the whole sale process and continually kept me up to date throughout. All of the agents and allied professionals involved are to be commended on exceeding my expectations. It was very professional, considerate, expertly guided and they achieved a quick sale with a good price. I am extremely pleased with the result.

When an opportunity arose to purchase in our desired area, it was a real bonus to deal with Kim. He is extremely professional, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. From booking to view the home, making the offer and ceremonially affixing the sold sign, we were kept informed at every step of the way. Even after the sale was completed, Kim always found the time to assist with any questions. Thank you Kim!

Kim Morgan was professional, patient and diligent in managing my purchase of my current property. He was always available and I appreciated his role acting as a conduit between myself and the vendor through the whole process. The positive experience with Kim subsequently resulted in my decision to engage with Charlotte Peterswald Propperty Management to manage the subsequent rental. Thanks Kim, Much appreciated. Matt

Harry has always been keeping me up to date with the whole process when selling my property. In fact, he was also the one who sold the property to me in the first place! service was that great I had to go back to him.
