I found Harry to be professional and very friendly. I was kept up to date and informed throughout the entire process. Harry was knowledgeable about the area and how best to present my house to prospective buyers. My sale was very quick and painless with Harry finalising everything promptly.

Harry sold our lovely house in New Town which we sold after much deliberation following a move interstate. He immediately made me feel comfortable and showed a genuine appreciation for the work that we had done over the years to improve the property. Harry has a great knowledge of the market and did not inflate our expectations on price, he gave a solid marketing plan which ultimately ended up with us obtaining a price well in excess of our expectations. Harry looked after everything for us in our absence as well so we can definately vouch for his organisational skills. If was still in Tassie I would definately use Harry again in the future.

Harry is a fantastic agent who is very easy to deal with. Harry is always prompt, timely and with his honest communication. He is very professional and has an in-depth knowledge of the Tas market.

Because of a great recommendation from a family member, we contacted Harry for the sale of our property. Right from the beginning Harry was helpful, knowledgeable and always provided excellent communication throughout the whole process. We are thrilled with the end result and are very grateful to Harry for making everything quite easy for us. We would happily choose Harry to represent us again in the future.

George was extremely helpful in supporting me throughout the negotiating phase. He was also personally dedicated in ensuring that the house was ready for me and my family to move into. He was very good at listening, showed a great deal of compassion and provided positive advice suited to my needs. I was impressed by Georges' energetic, warm-hearted, down to earth approach! A big thanks from us for making a house into our home.

Scott & I first met Kim Morgan in 2002, at that time we were searching for a family town house. Kim, a family man himself, listened to our hopes and dreams and without too much delay, we were on our way to purchase in the city. 2012 It was time for us to expand, we called Kim and after 10 years he still remembered us and greeted us with the most wonderful friendly manner, we were so happy to have him on the job once again and results came fast. 2019 Scott and I found our dream home! Who would be in charge of the sale? Kim Morgan. To our delight we called him up and again he greeted us with the warmest .... “Hi Scott and Sherril, how are you guys? How can I help?” It is with much confidence we can say Kim got straight to work in securing our dream. For us to proceed Kim had the job to sell our family home, which he did with the utmost professionalism in only 3 weeks into the campaign. Kim Morgan is someone who you can rely on to get the job done. Scott and I have so much respect for his work. If you are thinking of listing your property, we can honestly say Kim will guide you with ease through one of the biggest decisions in life.

Kim did well with the more challenging sale of the investment property. I was expecting offers over 400k , so it met my expectations. Thanks again Kim !!

Even though Craig was the vendors’ agent, we are giving him five stars as the purchasers! His communication style was relaxed yet efficient, warm yet professional, and he got back to us quickly and did what he said and more. He used his extensive experience to read us well and we believe went into bat for us with our offer. Thanks for helping deliver us our dream home!
