We thoroughly appreciated, indeed enjoyed our experience with Kim Morgan as a real estate agent. The first and lasting impressions of Kim was that he was a consummate professional. He is clearly very intelligent and experienced and that is wrapped in a package that is gentlemanly and empathic. Kim has a lot of wisdom to share in his field and does it in a way that is respectful of the client’s needs and interests. We needed to ask for some additional requirements in our purchase and he went the extra distance for us on a number of occasions. We have bought and sold around 11 properties so far in Tasmania and, also Queensland and have seen that the profession of real estate has attracted a poor reputation due to many agents who are dictatorial or insult clients’ intelligence with an interpersonal style that is irritating. Kim stands as an example of the opposite. He has the natural ability to engage assertively on behalf of the vendor as well as genuinely attend to the needs of the buyer. It was an easy and pleasurable experience because of Kim Morgan’s professionalism.
